Benz is back.

Nach gut 15 Jahren auf dem aesthetischen Seitenstreifen - irgendwo zwischen Urologie, Selbstgefaelligkeit und Kundenverachtung geparkt - zieht Mercedes endlich wieder an.

Was man auf der IAA zu sehen bekommt, laesst nicht nur die letzte Jammer-SKlasse vergessen, sondern zum Glueck auch die wesentlich aktuelleren aber nicht minder daemlichen weil gnadenlos beifallheischenden Modelle CL und CLS (- von den ebenso praepotenten Modellen SLK, SL und SLR gar nicht zu reden...).

Benz is back - mit einer selbstverstaendlichen, unbemuehten und kraftvoll angemessenen Produktsprache. - Eine wahre Herkules-Tat des Mercedes-Design-Teams, wenn man bedenkt, wie tief und wie gruendlich diese Marke in den Dreck gefahren worden war.

Und dann sieht doch auch die Zukunft gleich wieder gut aus (... nur den Maybach koennten se jetzt noch eindampfen.)



Watch out, Audi und BMW, Ihr habt wieder einen neuen Mitbewerber!
